Week 9 Progress

So for the next part of review week we have to review all of are work so far in this term and say what we could do better. I am happy that I get to look back on all of my old work that I did this semester as looking back on old work really makes you see how far you have come or how far you not come . each case will help you improve inn whatever it is you are doing.

Overall I am very happy with my progress in this module and I have only missed liked 3 blogs. I tend ti get a lot of the blogs done on Monday as that is are day of from college and that sis going very well. At the moment I am struggling a lot on my final game but I will keep doing all the extra credit to make up for it and this should get me the pass that I need to go forward with this course.  I want to start putting more effort into unity from now on and actually giving each tutorial a fair chance because a lot of the time I have just given up half way and tried to write about things that I really had no clue about. I still did every tutorial but I know myself I could have tried harder with some of them.


I chose this image as it really hits home about life in every aspect not just this module. nobody is going to bail you out and if you want something you have to push yourself to new heights you never thought you could before.That is the same mindset I have with fitness and every time I go to the gym I try to push myself to new heights I never though I could reach before,

overall I think I am managing the work load very well and getting all the blogs done on time. I just need to use unity more and get more comfortable with that but so var its all good

Unity tutuorial 06

Hello guys and welcome back to my blog. For this blog I will talk about my experience with the unity tutorial 6 . As you should already know I am doing the create with code side of unity this term and I really want improve my overall game coding skills. I am happy with progress so far but I still have a long way to go.                                                 Sound and effects The first tutorial was actually pretty easy but it was really enjoyable. unity tutorial 2

ok so we are back to unity yaah. Last term I really struggled on unity and to be honest I did not give it a fair shot. Game design or anything to do with games is my most hated part of this and I know for a fact that I will not go into this industry ever but I willing to try unity more this semester and who knows I might end up enjoying it a little. I can't hate it anymore than I already do . For this semester we had two options obviously I chose the first option "create with code as I am not very skilled in unity yet and would like to improve". the tutorial today was pretty crazy long and I did not expect it to take like 3 hours so I will have to give myself more time next week to do it fully.  the first few steps were very basic I just had to Crete folders, name them and import a few assists after the easy work was finished I finally started something a little challenging.  adding a vehicle was difficult as for some reason it wouldn't open for ages but I finally...

Hello guys and welcome back to my blog. For today's reading we had to continue from the research we were doing last week but thew difference was we had to a pply thematic analysis  to your resources and group common themes this week.   The first thing I did was read all the steps very carefully. I liked how it went into detail in discursive writing as that is something I am very passionate about, I used to have a blog years ago when I would be discursive and discuss manchester united games but I gave that up . I completely agree with the point about supporting your argument with evidence as if you do not how is anyone going to trust that what you said is credible  summaries to me are vital , I sometimes read the summary of an article first and that usually gives me a good outlook on if this article will be worth reading or not. today I went and found more resources online which I will add to my matrix.
