I always like to think that I am a very tech savvy person but from reading the website I have found a lot of things I never knew before.  I had always heard of bookmark and knew roughly what they were about but I never actually used them before. I look forward to using them in this module as it will certainly help me find the website more easily. I have used image editing tons before and I am god at photoshop so Image editing should be grand for me. I have rarely used any sort of online graphics though and I ma excited to see what is out there.  really like the website as it breaks down what work we have to do in a fairly simple manner and Tells you how long it should take to do each piece of work. overall I think this website will be a great addition to this module. Hopefully over the course of this semester I can get more confident in my own ability when doing projects and learn to make a functioning game.

The main thing that grabs my attention in this module is the blog posts as I am really excited to read other peoples blog and see how their games are coming on. this should help me with my game also. this is unlike any other class as most classes you do not share your work with other students and I have never made a game in any other class before so this is all new to me. As I get started with this project I am really looking forward to seeing if I am any good at games development as It is probably not an area I want to go into after college but that could change If I urn out to love it and be very good at it. assignments

This module is completely new to me as I have never even attempted to make a game before and I have never used a blog before. I really like the way this module is done as you get chances each week to get marks and not all the marks go on the game at the end. I also think the blogs will be a very fun and a great way to keep people engaged in the module. I am happy I get to write about my experience as maybe some of the problems I have and some things that worked for me will help others when they read my blog. I am really looking forward to making a game and seeing if I have interest in that area. I never though I wanted to go into game development but when I see this module and how fun unity looks to use it may change my mine. I hope that I will pick up the tools in unity pretty quickly and hopefully I will make a playable game at the end of this module. My name is Aaron Comiskey and I am 20 years old. I currently study CDM in Blanchardstown and I love the course. I live in Kilmessan, Meath with my family but I hope to move out soon when I get enough money together. I want to be a video editor when I am finished college and maybe work for companies such as BBC or RTE(you have to aim big or you will fail). During this term I want to get better at all things to do with video but I also want to give the other stuff like web design and game development a chance as I may end up loving them and actually want to go into that area after college. I have many hobbies. I am big into the gym and love lifting weights , it makes you feel better and look better so why not do it. My favourite game would have to be fifa 20. I am not that big into gaming anymore as I am so busy with college, gym and lots of other stuff but I still love to play the odd game of fifa. I am a huge football fan and support Manchester United (even though that is causing me so much stress as we are rubbish now!). in fifa 20 you can experience football right in front of your eyes and with amazing graphics it really feels like your immersed in actual football. From all the cool new ways to play like volta football where you play a 5v5 side game to house rule football that add some crazy twists to normal games.
